BERNARD ELMER OLSON Suddenly on Friday, July 20, 2001 at the Health Sciences Centre, Bernard Olson passed away at the age of 59 years. Bernard will be lovingly remembered by his brother Edvin (Gilda), sister Enid Hoffer of Calgary, brother James, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Fred and Frances. Bernard was a longtime employee of Dunn-Rite Food Products, working there for 34 years. Bowling and bingo were two of his hobbies which he enjoyed with many of his friends. Funeral service 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 26 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook St. Viewing will take place on Wednesday, July 25 from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Bardal Funeral Chapel and prior to service. Interment Brookside Cemetery. The family would like to give the Bertschinger family a special thank you for the caring, guidance and opportunity for giving Bernard a chance to live an independent and productive life.
