Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRICHARD JAMES HARRIS Suddenly, at his residence, on Sunday, July 29, 2001, Richard Harris passed away at the age of 66 years. He is survived by his children, Wayne (Gertie), Blaine, Darryl, Dawn Flett (Ivan), Donna Kirby (Wallace), and Brian; and their mother, Hilda Harris. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, one great-grandson, and numerous brothers, sisters, relatives and friends. Richard enjoyed his many years of driving for Crescent Fruit and Duffys Taxi. He was particularly fond of his children and grandchildren. His friends will miss him at the various coffee shops he frequented. Those who loved Richard are welcome to attend a celebration of his life to be held at the Kateri Tekawitha Aboriginal Catholic Parish, 794 Ellice Ave. on Thursday, August 2 at 7:00 p.m., followed by a wake service. Funeral services will be held at the same church, the next day, Friday, August 3 at 10:00 a.m. Interment of Richards cremated remains will take place in Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Ave., following the service. Donations may be made in Richards memory to Kateri Parish Church. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements. 775-2220.
