Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDEEN (BASH) KAMALUDIN Peacefully, on Wednesday August 1, 2001, Deen (Bash) Kamaludin, aged 61, passed away at the Health Sciences Centre after a brief illness. Deen is survived by his loving wife Peggy; daughters, Anna (Tony), Shereen (Gerry), Shazeeda (Richard), Sherry; son Roshan (Debbie) and grandchildren, Bobby, Felicia, Anthony, Alain, Daniel, David, Shaun, and newborn Sydney. He was predeceased by his daughter Nazeema; and parents, Olideen and Hamidan of Linepath, Guyana. Deen was born in Guyana on January 31, 1940 and immigrated to Canada with his family in 1972. He enjoyed fishing, dominoes, cricket, and kite-flying. Above all he got great joy from being in the company of his family, especially his grandchildren and other children who all adored him. He will be fondly remembered, sadly missed and forever loved. The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to the dedicated ICU staff at Seven Oaks Hospital and the caring MICU staff at Health Sciences Centre. They would also like to thank all relatives and friends for their unwavering compassionate support throughout these difficult times. Funeral prayers will be conducted at the Manitoba Islamic Centre, 247 Hazelwood Ave., St. Vital, on Friday, August 3 at 1:30 p.m., with interment to follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens.
