Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryREG BERTHELETTE 1950 - 2001 It is with deep sorrow, we announce the death of our son and brother, Reg, who passed away in China, July 31, 2001. Let to cherish his memory are his children, Crystal, Shawn, Natalie, Matthew, and Danielle and their mother Nancy; two granddaughters, Brooklyn and Olivia; his parents, Bert and Ina Berthelette of Albert Beach; brothers, Don (Darla) of Thompson, Jeff of Calgary; sister Gisele (Jacques) Gagne of Winnipeg; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Born and raised in Pine Falls, Reg spent three and a half years in the R.C. Navy. Following this, completed his training in Industrial and Residential Electrician. He worked in several areas of Canada. Prior to going to China, he worked 10 years at the Port of Churchill in Churchill, MB. He was a member of the Legion since leaving the Navy, and served as president of the Legion in Churchill. Reg loved to cook. While in Churchill, he opened his house to tourists during the whale and polar bear seasons and delighted in hosting guests from all over including England, Finland, Japan, and the United States. We will all miss his great humour and wit. Cremation has taken place in China. Services are pending.

Reg I didn't expect to find you here. The memories we share of time spent in the Navy are something I will always treasure. The days hitch hiking from Halifax to Niagara and back leave me laughing at ourselves. I miss you buddy John - Posted by: John Buhl (Freind) on: Jan 28, 2014
