Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAY HUNTER May 10, 1912 - July 31, 2001 Suddenly, but peacefully May Hunter passed away at her residence on Tuesday, July 31, 2001, at the age of 89 years. She was predeceased by her loving husband Kenneth James Hunter on March 24, 1996, and her sister Doris. Mom will be lovingly remembered by her only son, Fred Hunter (Eleanor), her brother John Cooper (Catherine) of Calgary, her two sisters, Jessie and Evelyn of Winnipeg; grandchildren, Murray of Kentucky, Karen of Edmonton, Paul (Jackie), and Jeff (Shana) as well as three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. She worked at Eatons in her early years and was an active five-pin bowler and lawn bowler until recently. Mom was a member of the Thistle Seniors, and enjoyed many trips with her friends to the "casinos". At Moms request cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
