DORA DERKSEN On August 2, 2001 at Concordia Hospital Dora Derksen of Winnipeg died at the age of 85 years. She is survived by seven daughters, Suzanne, Marie, Rose, Dorean, Alice, Verna, and DeAnna; three sons, Albert, Dave and Bennoe and their families; also three sisters; three brothers and their families. Dora was predeceased by her husband Peter I. Derksen in 1983 and daughter Dolly. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 7 at 10:30 a.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy. Interment in the Old Altona Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. Viewing at the chapel prior to the service. If friends desire, donations may be made to Mennonite Central Committee, 134 Plaza Dr., Winnipeg, MB R3T 5K9. Arrangements in care of Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
