Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANGANETHA WONNICK It is with deep sorrow the family announces the peaceful passing of our beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother Anganetha (Annette) Wonnick on August 4, 2001. Mom will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Gordon (Eileen), Ron (Gladys) and Fred (Laureene) grand-children, Debbie (Ed), Ross (Claudette), Sherry (Mike), Lori (Lindsay), Kathy (Trevor), and Heather; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Melissa, Mark, Jordan, Ryan, Kevin, Zachary, Benjamin, and Emma. She will also be sadly missed by her sister Helen of Winkler; special sister-in-law Tien Sawatzky; brothers-in-law, Robert (Martha) Wonnick and Wilf Loeppky; as well as numerous nephews and nieces. Annette was predeceased by her husband Fred in 1969; brothers, Henry, David, Cornelius, and Jake; sister Mary and second husband Alfred Moore. Born in Edenthal, MB on June 7, 1911, Annette was married in 1933 and lived in Winkler until 1950 when they moved to Winnipeg. Possessing a very strong faith and a deep love of family, her greatest joys were cooking and bringing her family together. The family expresses thanks to all of her friends at Bethel Place for their love and companionship. Our heartfelt thanks to the staff, management, and friends of Calvary Place Personal Care Home for your loving care and for making Mom part of your family. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 8 at 10:00 a.m., with viewing being held one half-hour prior to the service time, at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., with Reverend J. Fritsche of Beautiful Saviour Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Place, 1325 Erin St., Winnipeg MB R3E 3R6, or to a charity of your choice.
