Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMILDRED ERICKSON Our precious mother and grandmother passed away suddenly but peacefully on August 5, 2001 at the age of 85 into the arms of her loving Heavenly Father. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Lorraine (Lawrence) Mutcher, Thunder Bay, ON, Lynda (Richard) Skrzyszewski, St. Andrews, MB; grandchildren, Dale (Christine) Mutcher, Neil Mutcher, Jennifer, Kimberly and Ashley Skrzyszewski; great-grandchildren, Madeline, Isaac and Isla Mutcher. Also survived by sister Hilma Lundman, Enderby, BC; brother John (Eidlyn) Korberg, Vernon, BC; sister-in-law Mabel Korberg, Minnedosa, MB; numerous nieces and nephews and hosts of friends. She was predeceased by our Dad in 1985; brother Harry Korberg; sister Alice Challborn; and her parents. Mom enjoyed an active life and was involved in many activities and groups. Her kindness and devotion to her family and friends will be forever cherished. Her active involvement with Grant Memorial Baptist Church, of which she was a member for over fifty years, will be missed by all who knew her. She also enjoyed travelling, both with Dad and later on her own. Visitation will be Thursday from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy. Funeral service on Friday, August 10 at 10:30 a.m. at Grant Memorial Baptist Church, 877 Wilkes Ave., Winnipeg with interment in Elmwood Cemetery. Donations, in lieu of flowers may be made to Grant Memorial Baptist Missions, or a charity of your choice.
