JACQUES FURET Peacefully at St. Claude, MB on Sunday, August 5, 2001, Mr. Jacques Furet passed away at the age of 74 years. He leaves to mourn his loving wife Therese (nee Bonneteau) and 10 children, Albert (Cecile), Jacqueline (Leo Bazin), Henri (Lorraine), Marcel (Sheila), Denis Furet, Leo (Michele), Claude (Sherry), Cecile (Clayton Watson), Angele (fiancee, Frankie Schembri), and Odile (friend, Denis Deleurme) 23 grandchildren, Norbert, Gilles, Ginette, Roland, Eugene, Roger, Gerald, Lionel, Suzanne, Paul, Michel, Shawn, Chantal, Laura, Ronald, Brian, Henry, Jessica, Chad, Danielle, Monique, Richard and Nicole; and six great-grandchildren, Cody, Samantha, Lise, Matthieu, Desiree and Brittany. He also leaves one sister Therese; and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents, Alcide and Eliza; and by one brother Louis. Prayers will be held at Adams Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 8 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, August 9 at 2:00 p.m. with Fr. Raymond Bremaud officiating. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, friends or family may send memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the St. Claude Palliative Care.
