PETE GLOWACHUK Entered into rest on Tuesday, August 7, 2001 at the Seven Regions Health Centre, Gladstone, Pete Glowachuk, aged 83 years, of Gladstone. He was born on July 14, 1918 at Komarno where he grew up and received his education. Pete worked as a farm labourer for several years in different areas of the province. He then moved to Winnipeg and worked on construction until retiring. In 1985 he moved to Gladstone where he has since resided. Pete was predeceased by his parents, Nick and Lena; sisters, Anne, Pauline; and brothers, Roman, Paul, and Walter. Left to mourn his passing are brothers, Michael, Harry, half-brother Walter; and sisters, Rose and Jean. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 9 at 4:00 p.m. in Clarkes Funeral Chapel, Gladstone. Interment will follow at the Plumas Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. Clarkes Funeral Home, Gladstone, in care of arrangements.
