JOHN MANUEL MACHADO It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of John Manuel Machado, on Sunday, August 5, 2001 in Ayr, ON, at the age of 45 years. John was born in Santa Maria, Azores, Portugal on February 11, 1956. He came to Winnipeg at a young age with his family. John will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his loving wife Maria; two sons, Tony-Lee Machado of Calgary and Bobby Machado and girlfriend Irene Lemieux; father Antonio Machado and wife Maria of Winnipeg; mother Maria Travis of Hudson Mass.; mother-in-law Rosalina Silva and husband Alberto; sister Aida and husband Jose Figueiredo of Winnipeg; brothers, Jose Antonio and wife Tina Machado of Ayr, ON, Paul and wife Sara Travis of Hudson, Mass., David and wife Linda Machado of Ontario; nieces and nephews, Cindy (Jason), Alfredo, Jolene, Julian, Aidan, Vikki, Alexander, Jason (Tracy) and Mark (Kathy) brother-in-law Ricardo of Brazil; many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Prayers will be said on Thursday, August 9, at 7:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 10, at 10:00 a.m. also at Immaculate Conception Parish with Rev. Fr. Jose Eduardo Medeiros officiating. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL in care of arrangements 586-8044
