WILLIAM S. KOSTIUK It is with great sorrow that his family announce that Bill Kostiuk passed away at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon on August 6, 2001 at the age of 73 years. He is survived by his loving wife Bernice "Bunny" of 52 years; son Rick Kostiuk; daughter Dyanne (Gordon) Bohrson and grandchildren, Rick and Andy Kostiuk; Jessica and Russell Bohrson; his sister Lillian Jones; brothers, Ernie (Ollie) Kostiuk and Bob (Marian) Kostiuk; sister-in-law Jean Kostiuk; brother-in-law Joe Lukas. Bill was predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Mary Kostiuk; his brother Walter Kostiuk. Bill was born March 17, 1928 in Rosthern, SK and grew up in Winnipeg. Bill moved with his young family to Saskatoon in 1956 to further his career in the wholesale plumbing business. He retired as Saskatoon Branch Manager of Emco Supply in 1993. Bill was a life member of the Elks. Family ask that donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Saskatchewan Heart and Stroke Foundation. Funeral service for Bill will be held on Friday, August 10 at 11:00 a.m. from the Acadia Drive Funeral Chapel with Rev. Father Eugene Warnke, O.M.I. as celebrant with cremation to follow.
