KENNETH ROBERT HENDERSON It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden death of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. Ken was born in Montreal, May 24, 1909, coming to Winnipeg as a young child. Ken is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, the love of his life, Mollie; his much loved daughters, Betty Lynne (Jim Hayden and their daughter Paula), Coleen (Randy Caithness) and the pride and joy of his life his precious grandchildren, Shannon and Ryan; his brothers, Clarence (Helen), Ralph (Rachel) sister-in-law Dulcie; niece, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents; sisters, Florence and Jean; and brother Bruce. Dad worked for Norwich Union from 1925 to 1968, retiring as Assistant Manager. Upon retirement he worked for the Insurance Agents Association Of Manitoba from 1970 to 1978. Dad was a proud member of Dormer Lodge 151 for over 50 years. He was a life member of Elmwood Curling Club. He was a devoted member of Gordon King Memorial United Church and past president of the A.O.T.S. Dad was member of the Every Second Tuesday Breakfast Club, an activity he enjoyed so much. Dad was a kind and gentle man and we will miss him terribly.
