GENEVA KRAVCENKO KASCHAK On August 6, 2001 at Central Park Lodge, Geneva Kravcenko Kaschak peacefully passed away at the age of 95 years. Geneva leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter Lona Pingot (Felix) her son Donald Post (Ada) her sister Leona Lesko (Mike) grandchildren, Wayne Bryant, Johnnie Bachusky, Gail Herrold, Lori Jean Phillips and Loren James Schneider; seven great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Lottie Yadlowski; first husband Peter Kravcenko; second husband Nick Kaschak; sisters, Helen Post, Anne Wupori, and Sally Zacharis; daughter Elizabeth Bachusky; and brother Walter Yadlowski. Geneva was born in Winnipeg, MB and raised in Brokenhead, MB. She was a very hard working woman and very dedicated to her family. She loved gardening and spending time outdoors, as well as going shopping. She was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank Wanda Daczko for caring for Geneva like her own mother. Also a big thanks goes out to the staff on the third floor at Central Park Lodge who cared for Geneva for the past 11 years. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 11 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St., with Rev. Fr. Carl Tarnopolski officiating. Interment will follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL in care of arrangements 586-8044.
