KENNETH R. BOOTH Suddenly, at his home on Monday, August 13, 2001, Ken Booth, beloved partner of Liz Findlay. Predeceased by his father, Gordon K. Booth; Ken will be lovingly remembered by his soulmate Liz Findlay; beloved son of Emilia Booth; cherished brother of Linda Rochon (Gilles) nephews, Steven, Jason, and Derek Rochon, Jason Findlay; many relatives, friends and colleagues. Ken was born on December 2, 1949 in Edmonton, AB. He entered university at the age of 16, graduated with a Bachelor degree of Science, then going on to complete his education and designation as a chartered accountant. Since 1981, Ken was the controller, TanJay, alia for Nygard International. Throughout his life, Ken never ceased to entertain everyone with his quick wit, practical jokes, his wealth of knowledge, and his mathematical acumen. An avid sportsman and athlete, Kens main passions were baseball and tennis. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 17, 2:00 p.m. at Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St., 949-4860. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.
