Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELMER EDWARD CLARK Suddenly on August 15, 2001 at his residence in Hollow Water, Elmer Edward Clark, aged 71 years, was called home to be with the Lord. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Nancy of 39 years; his children, Eric (Sandra), Leo (Judy), Eddie (Joyce), and Doris (Roland) his grandchildren, Charmaine, Tristan, Duncan, Shandy, Chelsea, Kateri, Nicholas, Raeanne, Roxanne, Bianca, Claudette, Jenny, Angele and Clarisa; and 12 great-grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn two brothers, Russell (Olga) and Elgin (Florence) one brother-in-law Clarence Peebles (Yvonne) sisters-in-law, Flora, Edith (Clem), Jan (Hank), Lillian (Allan), and Helen Peebles; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and his faithful dog "Patches". He was predeceased by his father Edwin; mother Gertrude; brother Alfred; father-in-law and mother-in-law, William and Nancy Peebles; two brothers-in-law, William Peebles and Arnold Williams. With Elmers wishes, there will be no wake service. Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 20, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at the Manigotogan Community Hall with Rev. Nancy Bruyere presiding. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery in Manigotogan. Honorary pallbearers will be Tristan Clark, Duncan Hackert, Eric Hardisty, Leo Hardisty and Edwin Clark. Active pallbearers will be Edward Courchene, Curtis Bell, Vincent Simard, Bryan Peebles, Charles Simard and Dwight Williams. We, the family would like to express our thanks to Gloria Bushie, the paramedics and the RCMP that responded to our call. Dad, You had a real passion for living. And it showed.
