Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAY CAMPBELL May Campbell of Winnipeg, MB passed away in the care of Grace General Hospital on August 7, 2001. Marion Katherine (May) was born on May 1, 1911 in the District of Tiny, SK to John and Helen (Blain) Campbell. May received her education in Saskatchewan and lived on the family farm near Canora, SK with her parents until the death of her father. May and her mother moved to Winnipeg where she worked for an insurance company then as an admitting clerk at Grace General Hospital in Winnipeg. May retired from Grace General Hospital in 1975. May was predeceased by her parents; a sister-in-law and two brothers, David Edward MacGregor (Ted) and wife (Rita) Campbell, John Western (Jack) Campbell and niece Beverly FLorence Campbell. May is survived by sister-in-law Florence Campbell of Edmonton, AB; four nieces, Delores (Edwin) Kuemper of Terrace, BC, Sharon Fortier of Edmonton, AB, Iris (Larry) Pichette of Regina, SK, Eileen (Alfred) Wieme of Milestone, SK and four nephews, Donald (Joan) Campbell of Coquitlam, BC, Lorne Campbell of Calgary, AB, Allan (Sharon) Campbell of High River, AB, Robert (Bob) (Sharlene) Campbell of Regina, SK. May also leaves behind several great and great-great-nieces and nephews, other distant family members and friends. It was Mays wish to be cremated and laid to rest with her parents and brother Ted at Canora Cemetery. A private family memorial ceremony will be held at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made in Mays name to Grace General Hospital in Winnipeg. The family extends special thanks to Jim Hagemeister, Jan McLellan, and staff at West Park Manor Personal Care Home, Deer Lodge Centre, and Grace General Hospital in Winnipeg for taking care of our "independent and loving aunt."
