RUSSELL JOHN MILLER On Saturday, August 18, 2001 at the Dr. Evelyn Memorial Hospital in Stonewall, Russell John Miller, aged 89 years, of Argyle, MB. Born March 30, 1912 at Argyle, Russell lived and farmed in the Argyle district most of his life. In his youth, he worked in the Madison Mine at Red Lake, ON. Surviving to mourn his loss, two sons, Douglas of Powell River, BC, and Allan of Argyle; two sisters, Vera and Ivy. He was predeceased by his wife Rhoda in 1995, by a brother Jim and a sister Olive. Friends may call from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 21 at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall. Rev. Marc Whitehead will officiate. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, mem- orial donations may be made to the Dr. Evelyn Memorial Hospital Foundation, Stonewall, or to CancerCare, 109 - 675 McDermot Ave. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall, in care of arrangements.
