Change of Service McIVOR NELSON MURDOCK (White Thunderbird - Porcupine Warrior) A wake service will be held on Wednesday, August 22 at 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Stevens Memorial United Church, Fisher River, MB with Jim Anderson and John McKay officiating. Followed by a traditional wake at the family residence of McIvor and Caroline. Traditional funeral ceremonies will be held on Thursday, August 23 at 12:00 p.m. at the family residence of McIvor and Caroline at Fisher River Cree Nation. Pipe carrier will be Ken Courchene. Cremation will follow. Half of the ashes will be scattered at Eagle Rock, and half will be interred at Fisher River Cemetery beside McIvors father, at a later date.
