DOROTHY MARTIN December 20, 1913 - August 20, 2001 Peacefully, on August 20, 2001 at the Golden Links Lodge, Dorothy Martin passed away at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by her husband Edward in 1979. Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by her children, Ed (Lydie), Ken (Linda), Garry, Evelyn (Andy) 13 grand-children; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson. Her sisters, Vivian Clifton, Nell Cavenagh; and one brother Dick Clifton (Cam). Dorothy dedicated her life to her family and will be sadly missed by all. Rest in peace. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 23 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint) with Pastor Rob Visser officiating. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the reception centre. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Golden Links Lodge, 2280 St. Marys Rd, Winnipeg, MB R2M 4A5.
