SHERRY MARLENE REID (nee STRONG) Sherry Reid at the age of 38 passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 21, 2001 at the St. Boniface Hospital. She leaves to mourn her beloved husband Richard; daughter Darlene; son Steven; grandson Jordan James; her father Jerry Strong; sisters, Carrie (Reuben) and Penny (Dave) Grandma Strong, Mom and Dad Reid and many friends. She will be lovingly welcomed home by her Mother Erna, Grandma and Grampa Popadynec and Grandpa Strong. During her short stay here and her fight with cancer she taught us to treat every day as a special occasion and taught her children to never give up on life. She had a terrific sense of humour and taught us all the meaning of courage. A special thank you to Georgina, Linda and Bill for all the support they gave to Sherry. Also all the doctors, nurses and staff on the fifth floor of the Womens Pavillion. Family and friends may wish to attend a celebration of Sherrys life at the South Transcona Community Club, 124 Borden on Sunday, August 26, 2001 at 2:00 p.m.
