ANNETTE RENAUD October 3, 1909 - September 6, 2001 Peacefully, on Thursday, September 6, 2001, Annette Renaud, aged 91 passed away with loved ones at her side. Annette was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grand-mother and great-great-grandmother. Left to cherish her memory are her children Marcel (Christine), John (Lorraine) of Vancouver, Stella Mistelbacher, Leo (Camille), May (Ollie) Smidt of Vancouver, Gerry (Helen), Rita (Bob) Carrette, Paul (May), Ida Sedo, Dick (Janet) and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Annette centered her life around her home and family, and always enjoyed company. She loved to cook and bake and looked forward to all the family gatherings especially at Christmas time where she would put on a special evening for all her family. Annette was very meticulous and took great pride in looking after here own home until having to enter a nursing home. The family wishes to give a special thanks to all the staff at Golden Door Geriatric Centre for the care and compassion she received there. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 11 at 11:00 a.m. in the Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald St. with Rev. Fr. Ron Leger c.s.v. presiding. Viewing will take place a half hour prior to mass. Interment will follow in the St. Boniface Cemetery, 917 Archibald St. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Foundation. To all those who have a mother, Treasure her with care, For you will never know the heartache felt When you find she isnt there.
