Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM JARDINE Peacefully, September 4, 2001, Bill Jardine passed away at the age of 98 in Kelowna, BC. Bill was born in Hamilton, Scotland on August, 4, 1903. He immigrated to Canada where he worked at Winnipeg Transit for many years. After his retirement at age 65, he moved to Kelowna where he resided for 33 years with his loving wife Lucy. He took up the game of golf at the age of 65, a game he loved and played until age 93. Dad was a loving husband and father and leaves to mourn his passing his wife of 66 years, Lucy; son David (Sheila) of Toronto; daughter Wilma (Don) three grandchildren, Scott (Raegan), Grant (Maureen) of Winnipeg, Kristi (Shane) of Calgary; two great-grandsons, Tyler and Garyt of Winnipeg. Cremation has taken place at Springfield Funeral Home, Kelowna, BC.
