BEVERLEY JOY TURRIFF It is with great sadness we announce the untimely passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother on Saturday, September 8, 2001 at the age of 67. Joy is survived by her children, Bev (Dan) Trachuk of Fisher Branch, Rick (Sharon) of Terre Haute, IN, and Arlie (Rick) Schween of St. Andrews; their father Bruce; grandchildren, Krisy and Ashley; and great-grandchildren, Kanesha and Sydney. Joy spent the last 13 years employed with Western Opinion Research where she met and maintained several long lasting friendships. She was a second mom to many of the young interviewers. She loved her cat Misty, her granddog Bailey, gardening, spending time with her family and her annual trips to Las Vegas. She will be sadly missed by her many friends, especially Scotty and Linda Hume and Lydia and Sergio Bevilacqua. The family wish to extend their gratitude towards the staff of the Health Sciences Centre, S.I.C.U. and D2. We especially want to thank Joann, Bonnie and Howie for compassion beyond expectations. We will also be forever grateful to our new aunt Linda for being there for us and mom to the end. A gathering for family and friends will be held in the chapel of the Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. on Wednesday, September 12 at 2:00 p.m. Our mother will be interred with her parents at the Oakville Cemetery, Oakville, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society or a charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to: GLEN EDEN FUNERAL HOME 4477 MAIN STREET 338-7111
