PHILIP HUTH It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Philip Huth on September 9, 2001. Philip will be lovingly remembered by his wife Joan, son Timothy (Janice), daughter Dawn (Glenn Ditchfield), grandchildren Devin Huth, Joel and Brant Ditchfield. His son Richard predeceased Philip in 1999. Dad had a passion for gardening and could often be found working the earth - coaxing it year after year to produce his prized tomatoes. When not in the garden, one could find Phil in his most favoured retreat - shifting and rearranging or snuggled up on the couch with his three angels. During the past year, he often reminisced of his days fishing and camping with his family, brother Carl and Uncle Walter at Wanapagow. During his battle with cancer it was the love of his angels that helped him endure the illness. Dad was remarkable and never complained - his most precious grandchildren eased the pain. We were extremely fortunate to have Philip in our lives. He touched everyone who knew him. The family extends their warmest thanks to Dr. Schacter, the staff of GD-6 and the Cancer Care Clinic, for their kind, compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations in Philips memory may be made to the Childrens Wish Foundation. A private family service will be held with interment to follow at St. Vital Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to: VOYAGE FUNERAL HOME 220 HESPELER AT HENDERSON HWY. 668-3151
