Beloved wife of Ralph Borrowman. Loving mother of Hart (Elizabeth) of California, Bob (Susan) of Kelowna, Janet (John Spiers) of Ottawa and Barbara (Mike McGrenere) of Victoria. Cherished "granny" of Maggie, Ann, David, Alanna, Kyle, Max and Graham. Loving sister of Dr. Margaret Hart. Predeceased by her sister Agnes Hart of Winnipeg. Jo taught at Ridgemont and other area high schools for many years. Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 1255 Walkley Rd., Ottawa, Friday, after 1:00 p.m. Funeral service Friday in the Chapel at 1:30 p.m. In memoriam donations to a charity of choice appreciated.
