Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROY HENDRICKSON Beloved husband of Betty, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2001, at the age of 74 years, after a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Roys career with the Canadian Army began in 1943 and ended in 1971 when he retired as a Master Warrant Officer. The highlight of his career was as a paratrooper with the Medical Corp. After retiring, he worked with the Commissionaires in Winnipeg and Lethbridge. Besides his loving wife Betty, Roy is survived by four sons, Pat (Sylvia), Dennis, Jerry and Brian; and a daughter Judy. Also surviving is a daughter Linda (Ray) St. Onge in Lethbridge; his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ivan (Ann) and Rudy; and his sister Daisy. Roy was predeceased by a son Dale; and sisters, Ida and Sophie. Cremation in MARTIN BROS. CHAPEL OF PEACE. A private family service will be held on Thursday, September 13, at Martin Bros. Chapel of Peace, Mountain View Cemetery - Field of Honor, with Pastor Wilf Weick officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined.
