RAYMOND PELOQUIN It is with great sadness that the Peloquin family announces the passing of their beloved father, Raymond Peloquin, with all of his children by his side, on Wednesday, September 12, 2001 at the Repos-Jolys in St. Pierre-Jolys at the age of 87 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Ryanne Touchette, Celine Johnston (Jack), Noel (Annette), Monique Piette (Hector), Victor (May), Marc (Simone), Estelle Penner, Lucille Preteau (Gerard), Colette Loeppky (Jake), Ronald (Brenda) and Gilles (Lynne) and by 29 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by two sisters, Juliette Maroney and Irene Beamer (Fred) three sisters-in-law, Marianne Peloquin, Albina Lambert and Cecile Malo. He has now gone to join his beloved wife, Olive whom he missed terribly, and his son Richard. We will cherish many fond memories of our dad. The best gift we could give our dad was to make music for him. He was proud of his childrens talents. His love of nature and life, his interest in people and his dedication to his family leaves behind a legacy to his children that will be passed down through generations. His sense of humour and wonderful smile always brought laughter from the nurses at the Repos-Jolys. He was loved by all of them and the family would like to thank the staff of the Repos-Jolys for the wonderful care, kindness and love he received. Funeral mass will be celebrated by Fr. Joseph Choiselat at the St. Malo Roman Catholic Church in St. Malo, MB on Friday, September 14 at 10:30 a.m. Prayer service will be held one-half hour prior at 10:00 a.m. Interment will take place in the St. Malo parish cemetery following the mass. Donations may be made in Raymonds memory to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301-352 Donald St., Winnipeg, R3B 2H8. "Gone are all your sufferings; only good things await you. We were blessed with a wonderful father and will miss him terribly. Au revoir, Dad." LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements, 775-2220.
