THEODOR (TED) KAMPHAUSEN It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Theodor, our beloved husband and father on Friday, September 14, 2001. Ted was predeceased by his parents, Wilhelm and Christine Kamphausen, as well as his Persian cat Caitlin, who died suddenly last year. Ted will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 41 years Marlene, daughters, Cindy (Ken), and Sharon; and cats, Miranda, Marlowe, and Sarah. Sisters, Marianne Lemm and Monika Hoffmann; and two nephews in Germany. Brother-in-law Ronald Wills (Angie), sister-in-law Linda Robertson (Ronald), brother-in-law Donald Wills (Colleen) and numerous nieces and nephews. Ted was born in Monchengladbach, Germany on February 7, 1940. In 1958, Ted immigrated to Canada and began his career in the printing industry. He was employed most of his life at Herff Jones Canada, where he started in the bindery department and worked his way up to management. Over the last three years Ted and his wife Marlene began taking ballroom dance lessons and enjoyed them immensely. He cared very much for his family and was always there for them whenever they needed him. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Klassen Funeral Chapel, 1897 Henderson Hwy. Arrangements entrusted to Klassen Funeral Chapel, 338-0331.
