Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFLOTARCO SANTOS PAGTALUNAN On September 6, 2001, surrounded by his loving family, Flotarco Pagtalunan, Sr., left us peacefully to join his beloved wife "Nanay Cording" and live eternally with our Lord in His kingdom. He was born in Bulacan, Philippines on October 5, 1925 and in April, 1979, together with his wife and four children, he came to Canada and lived in Winnipeg till the time of his death. We, his children, Flomy (Eligio) Macaraeg, Romeo (Susan) Pagtalunan, Jacinto Pagtalunan, Eduardo (Imelda) Pagtalunan, Gilbert (Zeny) Pagtalunan, Flotarco, Jr. (Kate) Pagtalunan, Luchie (Michele) Sevcik, Rafael (Maryanne) Pagtalunan, his grandchildren, Jhenner, Sindy, Randy, Eric, Karen, Grace, Edlyn, Mae, Nico, Prince, Sir Jun, Julian, Sammy, Levon, Alexander, Aubrey, Alomar, Joshua and one great grandchild will miss his memory as a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather and a good friend to all who knows him.. He will also be missed by his only brother Cornelio, his sisters Lucing, Juling, Odang, Dolor and Pining all residing in the Philippines. Tatay/Lolo it hurts to say goodbye to you, but knowing you wished so much to join our beloved Nanay and Lola, it was easier for us, your loved ones to let you go. We loved you very much, you will always be in our hearts and will cherish your memory forever. You will be in our prayers always. Lamay will be held on Thursday, September 20 and Friday, September 21 from 6:00 p.m.to 12:00 midnight, in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St. Prayers will be said on Thursday by Fr. Gerry Sembrano and on Friday by Fr. Joseph Arackal at 7:30 p.m. both nights. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 22 at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Edward Parish Church, 818 Arlington St. Internment to follow in Waverley Memorial Garden, 1501 Waverley St. The family would like to thank all the people who helped make our fathers final days a comfortable one starting with all the caregivers, 911 personnel and especially the Emergency and ICU staff at the Victoria General Hospital.
