DARRIN DWAYNE DAVIDSON After losing a courageous battle with cancer Darrin peace-fully passed away on September 10, 2001 to be with his mom and dad in a peaceful place. Darrin was born on October 7, 1962 in Eriksdale, MB. He grew up in Ashern, MB, then moved on to Brandon and Winnipeg before finally finding his home in Vancouver, BC where he worked for Canada Customs and Revenue Agency as well as Concord Security. Darrin enjoyed looking out his apartment to see the ocean and the sea wall. He also had a great love for animals. His travels took him to Hawaii, Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Diego, Hollywood and many trips back to Manitoba to visit his family. Darrin is now at peace and suffers no more. He touched many people in his shortened life. He will always be remembered as a kind, gentle person who looked for the good in everything. We love and miss you so very much. He was predeceased by his mother and father November 25, 1999. He leaves behind his good friend Glenn Price; sister Dawn (Craig) Robson; niece and nephew Amanda and Kyle; as well as by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Darrins life will take place in Vancouver. This is where he wished to remain. In fulfilling Darrins wishes no service will be held, but a gathering of his family and friends to celebrate his life will take place at 2:00 p.m. on October 6 at the Siglunes Hall. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the families of SMAC, Box 22024, Brandon, MB, R7A 6Y9 which funds research for spinal muscular atrophy, or a charity of your choice.
