LOIS ELDINE HERSHFELDT (nee WILFORD) After a courageous battle with cancer, Lois Hershfeldt, beloved wife of Reinhold, peacefully passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2001, two days prior to her 68th birthday, at the Johnson Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Unit in Gimli, MB. Left to always cherish her memory and mourn her loss is her loving husband Reinhold and her three sons, Bob and Sandra, Don and Angela, Dale and Darlene and eight grandchildren. She will also be sadly missed by her loving niece Marilyn and Gerry Fender; her nephew Richard Wilford; her brother-in-law Ted Hirschfeldt; her sister-in-law Dorothy and Gordon Davey along with many family and friends. The family wishes to express special thanks and appreciation to the doctors and staff at the Womens Pavilion and the Johnson Memorial Hospital in Gimli for their compassionate care during her illness. Following a private family interment, a memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 20 at Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway, Winnipeg.
