MARY WIENS Mary Wiens, aged 86, of Niverville, (formerly of Glenlea) passed away peacefully on September 17, 2001 at her home. Mary is survived by her beloved husband Jacob of 63 years; five children, son Edward and wife Trudy; daughter Susan and husband Henry Bergmann; son Ernie and wife Charlotte; daughter Hildie and husband Dave Regehr; and daughter Laura and husband Eric Unger; 16 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; sister Nettie Rogalsky; brother Jake Rogalsky and wife Helen; and many relatives. She was predeceased by her parents; and one brother in infancy. Mary was a loving wife, a devoted mother and grandmother. Homemaking was her art, knowing the favourite dish of each family member. Her steadfast faith sustained her throughout life and was an example and inspiration to us all. The funeral service for Mary Wiens will be held Thursday, September 20 at 2:00 p.m. in the Glenlea Mennonite Church with interment to follow at the Glenlea Cemetery.
