Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAURICE LEBRUN Peacefully, on Friday, September 21, 2001 at the St. Boniface Hospital, Maurice LeBrun, 84 years, beloved husband of the late Molly LeBrun, with his loving daughters by his side. Maurice was predeceased by his parents, Enoch LeBrun and Catherine McLean; his wife of 57 years, Molly; and his grandson Darrell Passey; his brothers, Willy, Guy, Armand LeBrun; and sisters, Florence Picard and Alice Landry all of New Brunswick. He is survived by his daughters, Kaye Passey (Jim), Belle Kitcheson (Jim) his grandchildren Donna Passey, Kim Passey (Mike Adams), Allen Williamson (Jenny) of Alberta, and Paul Williamson (Melanie) great-grandchildren, Josh Passey, Benjamin Passey, Katelyn Williamson and David and Adam Williamson; his sisters, Eugenie Kilfoil of NB, and Clair McDavid of BC; sisters-in-law, Liz Repeta and Cecile Bartlette and many nieces and nephews. Dad was born in Baker Brook, NB, on April 19, 1917 and came to Manitoba in 1943 with the Air Force. Dad met and married Mom in 1944 and they raised their daughters in the Norwood/St. Boniface area. Dad was employed by Martin Paper/McMillan Bloedel from 1946 till his retirement at the age of 65. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and enjoyed hunting, fishing and good times with his family. He had a special relationship with his grandson Darrell and had many happy memories of building fences and decks together. Dads generosity, gentleness and loving nature will be remembered forever by all those who loved him. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, September 25, at 2:00 p.m. in the P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St. with Reverend Dr. Patrick Morand officiating. The family would like to extend special thanks to France, Mimi and all Dads caregivers at Foyer Valade, as well as Dr. Julie Levesque and the nursing staff on Ward 2B at the St. Boniface Hospital, especially Jody, Louise and Michelle for their kindness and exemplary care.
