JEAN POTVIN (nee DAVIDSON) 1910 - 2001 Jean passed away peacefully at Misericordia Health Care Centre, on September 22, 2001. She was predeceased by her husband George. Jean is survived by her sons, Larry (Trudy), Don (Marg), Jim (Mary Jane) her daughter Joan (John MacDonald) thirteen loving grandchildren, Kim, Debby, Richard, Don, Ken, Kathy, Carol, Jim, Michael, David, Ashley, Chris, and Cheryl. She will be lovingly remembered by her great-grandchildren as well. Jean was born in Winnipeg and with the exception of brief interludes in Victoria and Regina, lived most of her life in her beloved Winnipeg. Jean was a surgical nurse at Misericordia Hospital for 23 years. Before and following her retirement she maintained an interest in many social and community activities. She will be sorely missed by her family and her many friends. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will take place at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 26, at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue.
