Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCARL EDWARD (ED) AURELL Carl Edward (Ed) Aurell, born at Wadena, SK on July 19, 1914 died in Kelowna on September 21, 2001. Ed is survived by his wife of 61 years, Doris, daughter Dolores (Ron) From, son Lester, three grandchildren, Janice (Gerald) Dirksen, Loren (Sharon) From and Wes (Laurie) From; eight great-grandchildren, Shari (Kelly), Michael, Danielle, Amy, Haley, Dustin, Shane and Austin; two great-great-grandchildren, Nathan and Taylor; two sisters, Esther Cardell and Agnes Compton; many nieces and nephews. Ed and Doris lived in Winnipeg for 25 years. After retiring from Winnipeg Supply, they moved to Langley, BC in 1979 and have enjoyed the last ten years in Kelowna with family. Funeral service, Tuesday, September 25 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Evangel Tabernacle, 3261 Gordon Dr., Kelowna. Interment to follow on Wednesday, September 26 at 2:00 p.m. at Valleyview Cemetery, 14660 72 Ave., Surrey, BC. If desired, donation to the Gideons International, 110-3677 N. Hwy. 97, Kelowna, BC, V1X 5C3 would be gratefully appreciated. Special thanks to the staff at Sutherland Hills, Sun Pointe Village and K.G.H. for their special care.
