Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDITH ELIZABETH BURSA (nee RAYMOND) November 5, 1920 - September 26, 2001 Peacefully, with her family by her side, Edie passed away on September 26 at Seven Oaks Hospital. Edie was the dearly loved wife of Ted for 58 years, much loved mother of Judy, devoted grandmother of Kim Syrenne of Saskatoon and Chris and Kevin Heming of Winnipeg. She also leaves her beloved great-granddaughters, Jacy and Nicole of Saskatoon. She was predeceased by two sisters and one brother. She is survived by her brothers, Les and Bob (Helen) her sisters, Isabel Honkey (Hib) and Margaret Reynolds (Chuck) and her sister-in-law Ollie Raymond, and their families. Edie was born in Morden, MB, and lived most of her life in West Kildonan. She was a member of West Kildonan Legion and in her younger years she enjoyed working there, curling, and for many years played a good game of darts. Ted and Judy would like to thank Dr. Jack Nepon for his many years of care, Dr. T. Sang for his warm and compassionate care during her hospital stay. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 1 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Thank you, Mom, for your love, support, generosity and for helping me, no mater what.
