IRENE DONALDA RYLAND It is with the deepest of sorrow that we announce the passing of someone more precious than words can express. On Sunday, September 23, 2001, Irene Donalda Ryland (Guilbault) left us peacefully, at the age of 71 at Seven Oaks Hospital. Irene was born in 1930 and spent her childhood years in Fannystelle, MB. She moved to Winnipeg in 1945, where she raised her five children. Left to cherish her memory are Kimberly Iva, Daniel Gordon, Laurie Nora, Sheila Elaine, Cameron Trent and their families. Also her three grandchildren, Halen, Christopher and Curtis. Irene was a unique and special person who will always be remembered by her loved ones for her poems, her art and her zest for life. She loved to garden, feed birds and spend time with her family. We are the luckiest people in the world to have had this beautiful person in our lives, and she was loved by all who knew her. She had a special kindness and warmth that will forever be missed. Gathering of Remembrance will be held with family and friends at Kim and Jerrys in East Selkirk, on Friday, September 28.
