Jack was born in Winnipeg, December 15, 1940. He was educated in Winnipeg schools and graduated from United College and the University of Manitoba. Jack lived and worked in Winnipeg and Vancouver before retiring to Surfers Paradise in Australia. He will be sadly missed by his life partner John Upton, brother Barry Perles, and many friends.
