Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSE WILGOSH (nee KUDLAK) Peacefully on Thursday, September 27, 2001, at the age of 88 years, Rose Wilgosh passed away at the Betel Home, Selkirk. Rose is survived by her three sons and two daughters, Ted (June), Wilfred (Barbara), Bert (Evelyn), Joyce, Jean (Norman) 13 grand-children and 12 great-grandchildren; along with many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her husband Stanley in 1963; sisters, Mary and Katie; brother Joe; and grandson Paul. Rose was born on October 27, 1912 in Highland Glen, MB. Later moving to Winnipeg for a few years before returning to Highland Glen, where she met and married her husband Stanley. Rose enjoyed the simple things in life: cooking, music, reading and crafts. She spent most of her time as a housewife and mother, working on the family farm. Mom moved to the Lions Centre in Selkirk in 1990 and then to the Betel Home, Selkirk in December 2000, where she spent many enjoyable moments. Prayers will be said on Sunday, September 30 at 7:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Home, 309 Eveline St., Selkirk, MB. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 1 at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Michaels Roman Catholic Church, Cooks Creek, MB, with Fr. Sebastian Gacki officiating. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery. Roses pallbearers will be Brian Wilgosh, Wes Golembioski, Glen Taschuk, Michael Wilgosh, Brent Wilgosh and John Wilgosh. The family wishes to thank Dr. H. Demsas and the staff of Betel Home for their care and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice or to the St. Michaels Roman Catholic Church, Cooks Creek, MB. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk, in care of arrangements.
