HENRY "HANK" WIEBE Peacefully on Tuesday, October 2, 2001 at the Victoria General Hospital, Henry Wiebe went to be with his lord at age 76, beloved husband of Elsie Wiebe of Winnipeg. Besides his loving wife, he leaves to cherish in his loving memory three daughters, Caroline, Jackie, and Lorraine "Linda"; as well as six grandchildren, Shannon, Jeremy, Christine, Stephanie, Adrian, and Mitchell; and two brothers, Frank and Peter Wiebe. Henry was predeceased by his parents, two sisters, a daughter Katherine and a grandchild Kevin. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Sally Pisiak for all her help. Dad had a special place in his heart for you, he loved you as a daughter. We would also like to thank the Victoria General Hospital for the wonderful care he received. Viewing will be held on Friday, October 5 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley Street, Winnipeg. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 6 at 12:00 p.m. in the Rosengard C.M.C. Church, with Rev. John Wiebe officiating. Interment will follow in the Rosengard Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire donations may be in memory of Henry to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, 100 Olivia Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba., R3E OV9.
