Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNETTE PTASHNIK Peacefully, on Monday, October 1, 2001, at Victoria Hospital, Annette Ptashnik left us to join her husband John. Annette leaves to mourn her passing son Craig (Margaret) Ptashnik, grandson Patrick (Kim) Ptashnik, granddaughter Tracy Ptashnik and great-granddaughter Alexandria Esau. She is also survived by brothers, Percy Banks of Vancouver and Edward Banks of Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her husband John, brother Douglas Banks and sister Margaret Schaen. At Annettes request no service will be held. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Annettes memory to a charity of ones choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL in care of arrangements 586-8044.
