PATRICIA ANNE MacNEILL (nee SHARPE) Patricia Anne (nee Sharpe) MacNeill of Vancouver, formerly of Winnipeg, surrounded by her loving children, on October 3, 2001. Survived by her children, Thomas MacDonald, Michael (Karen) and Anne (Todd) grandchildren, Shaun, Aiden and Ashlie. On June 9, 1940 a little red-headed girl touched the lives of Anne and Tom Sharpe as she grew up in her neighbourhood (Woodhaven). Her contagious smile would brighten the lives of everyone she would meet. With a great spirit, sense of humour, and zest for life, Patricia grew up in St. James, Winnipeg. After a short time in Nova Scotia, she moved to British Columbia in 1970, took up nursing and nursed at Victoria General Hospital in the 70s and 80s. Mom genuinely cared for people, always willing to jump in and help anyone in need. A celebration of Patricias life was held in Vancouver, Saturday, October 6. A graveside service will be held Thursday, October 11 at 1:00 p.m. in Brookside Cemetery, Winnipeg. Please meet at the main gate. Glen Eden Funeral Home in care of arrangements, 338-7111.
