DORA FRANCES LOCKHART On Monday, October 8, 2001, Dora Frances Lockhart passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 88 years. Dora will be lovingly remembered by daughter and son-in-law Linda and Dennis Dyck; granddaughters, Angela Baran (Mike), Lorrie Forrest (Kevin), Sharon Beckel; great-grandchildren, Eve Baran and Hannah Forrest; son-in-law Brian Kwitecki (friend Teri) as well as a niece and nephews. Dora was predeceased by husband Kenneth Bruce in 1997; daughter Doreen Kwitecki in 1992; her parents; one sister and six brothers. Dora was a wonderful and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 13 at 3:00 p.m. at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Interment will follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens and a gathering for family and friends will be held in the Chapel Lawn Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Doras memory to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3A 1P6. The family wishes to thank Dr. Jill Kernahan and Ruth at the Kildonan Medical Centre and all her Home Care workers for their care and compassion.
