OTTO ZINKOVIC It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Otto Zinkovic on October 5, 2001. He is survived by his children Joseph (Michelle), Josephine (Tim), Kathleen and Gary. Stepfather to Chacity (Peter), Dennis, Charlene and all his beautiful grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Special friends, Sidney, Rose, Roman and Victoria along with all his close friends dear to his heart. Especially his cat Boston. Otto was born in Slovenja, Yugoslavia on February 2, 1935. He immigrated to Canada in 1957. He was employed as a Pipelayer with Cambrian Excavators and as a foreman with W.J. Imrie Construction for a number of years. Dad could be found working in his garden throughout the summer days and in the winter months he spent his time making wine. He was an incredible cook and enjoyed cooking for his family. Prayer services will be held on Wednesday, October 10 at 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the funeral mass on Thursday, October 11 at 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. the The Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Avenue.
