VICTORINE GOBIN (nee PHILIPPE) Peacefully at her residence on Thursday October 11, 2001, Mrs. Victorine Gobin of St. Claude, MB passed away at the age of 89 years. She leaves to mourn 7 children, Georges (Dorothee), Maurice (Helen), Rene, Raymond (Marie-Blanche), Irene, Marie (Vince), Claudine (Raymond), one daughter-in-law Sylvia (Gilbert), 17 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn 2 sisters-in-law, Madeleine Philippe and Sophie Gobin, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Pierre in 1976, one daughter Henriette in 1936, one son Andre in 1972, one son-in-law Roger Perreault in 1982, and by one grandson Guy 1980. Prayers for family and friends will be held at Adams Funeral Home on Friday, October 12 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, October 13 at 2:00 p.m. with Fr. Rodrigue Bouchard officiating. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery.
