VICTOR GIBAGA LUNA SR. Peacefully on October 6, 2001, Victor Gibaga Luna passed away at the age of 85. Victor had lived a life full of happiness. He will be remembered always for his love of gardening and baking - a pastime which he enjoyed with his wife Remedios. He was a very good father - he taught his children discipline but always with love and tenderness. He was respected and loved by all. Victor leaves behind his children, Zeny (Bernard), Remy, Danny (Enriqueta), Victor Jr. (Lucy) and Robert (Heide). He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Larah, Lauren, Earl, Kevin, Dean, Jerilyn, Sydrick, Joshua and Jillian. He also leaves behind his great-grandchildren, Kayzel and Gabriel (Patricia), Heather, Gavin and Baby (Ana) and his sisters-in-law, Angel (Montreal) and Mercedes (Florida). He also leaves behind Visitacion, Belen (Keith) Esther (Jessie), Raul, Mike (Susan, Ivan), Alex, Eden, Eva, Vivina, all of his relatives in Canada and The Philippines. Viewing and "Lamay" service will be held in the Chapel of Voyage Funeral Home on Saturday, October 13 and Sunday, October 14 from 7:00 p.m. until 12:00. Prayers will be Sunday at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Anthonys Church, 250 Burrin St. on Wednesday, October 17 at 11:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Mausoleum, 3990 Portage Ave. "We are very much in sorrow now that you have left us - but our love for you will never fade and memories of times weve shared will always remain close to our hearts."
