WILLIAM FREDERICK (BILL) HUNT Peacefully on October 10, 2001 at Grace Hospital, Bill Hunt passed away at the age of 77. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Nora; son Neil (Kim) grandsons, Tristan, Reilly and Kieran of Agassiz, B.C.; son Brian (Patti) and granddaughter Brianna of Coaldale, AB. He is also survived by his sister Nancy; brothers, Bob (Audrey) and David (Mona). Bill was born at Grace Hospital on January 25, 1924 in Winnipeg, MB. Dad enlisted in the Canadian Army in 1943 and served with the Royal Winnipeg Rifles until demobilization in 1945. Upon completing his education, Dad joined the Manitoba Telephone System until his retirement in 1983. Dad married Nora Winnifred Joyce in 1949 and moved to St. Charles, MB to raise his two sons. Dad enjoyed golfing, curling and his friends, which the family would like to thank for their support. A very special thank you to Mary and Michael Giles, sister-in-law Mary Giles and their family for the help and comfort they showed to our mother. As well, we would like to thank Grace Hospital for their care. Memorial service will be held on Monday, October 15 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Chads Anglican Church, 3390 Portage Avenue. Interment will follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens and a reception will be held at St. Chads Parish Hall. Arrangements entrusted to: CHAPEL LAWN FUNERAL HOME CEMETERY AND CREMATORIUM 885-9715
