He was predeceased by his father Albert in 1993 and by one brother Albert in 1996. Lucien enjoyed meeting many farmers in the south-western portion of the province while driving the cream truck for the St. Claude Creamery. His many tales of adventures while on his cream pick-ups, amused his family and friends on several occasions. He then worked with his brother George in carpentry and later on the farm with Henri. Being knowledgeable in plumbing, carpentry and electricity, he was always willing to help friends and family. His love of family and friends brought him to many get-togethers, visiting with neighbours and relatives. He was known as the uncle who spoiled niece and nephews with candy, gum and toys. In consequence, he was often seen at the local True Value with his special children. In later years he became an accomplished cook; cookies, pies, jams and jelly rolls were among his most famous dishes. He will be sadly miss by family and friends of the community.
