Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES LICENS The death of Charles Licens occurred peacefully at Rideau Park Personal Care Home, Brandon on Thursday, October 11, 2001. Charles was born on September 7, 1916 in St. Petersburg, Russia. He was a veteran of the Second World War. Following the war, he and his wife Erna immigrated to Canada, settling in Winnipeg. While in Winnipeg, Charles serviced with the Winnipeg Grenadiers. He was employed with Bristol Aerospace as a Tool and Dye Maker. Charles was an active member of the Shriners. Charles and Erna later moved to Fork River, MB. His retirement years were spent at Rideau Park Personal Care Home due to ill health. Many thanks are extended to the Medical and Nursing Staff of Rideau Park, whose assistance helped to make like easier. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements are with Memories Chapel & Pre-Planning Centre, 727-0330.
